Features
Everything an MCA underwriter checks on a bank statement
MCA stacking detection
Every existing advance and loan by funder, with its payment, cadence and monthly total.
True revenue
Transfers, owner deposits, loan proceeds and returns taken out of gross deposits.
Negative days and NSFs
Average daily balance, lowest balance, negative days, NSF returns and overdrafts, month by month.
Altered statement detection
PDF metadata and balance math checked on every statement, so edited files are flagged before you fund.
Line-item labels
Every transaction labelled, from processor deposits to MCA debits and NSFs. Relabel in bulk and every figure recalculates.

FAQ
Common questions
Which bank statements can Underly read?
PDF, CSV and Excel statements, plus scanned or photographed pages, from any bank in any format. Put several accounts and months into one analysis; a statement uploaded twice is counted once. US dollars and pounds sterling.
How does it find existing MCA positions?
Each debit is matched to its funder from the bank descriptor, then grouped by lender into a position with its payment amount, cadence, monthly total, first and last debit, and the funding deposit that opened it. MCAs, bank loans, leases, BNPL, factoring and debt collection are kept apart, so stacking shows at a glance.
How is true revenue calculated?
Gross deposits minus transfers between the merchant's own accounts, owner deposits, loan and advance proceeds, reversals and returned items. Each exclusion is listed as its own line with its transactions.
Which cash-flow metrics does it report?
Average daily balance, lowest balance, negative days, NSF returns, overdrafts and stop payments, month by month and across the file, plus debt-to-revenue from the existing positions.
Can it catch altered bank statements?
Every PDF's metadata is checked on upload: producing software, creation and modification times, timestamp order, incremental saves and missing metadata. Each statement is rated from Integrity OK to High risk, and balances are reconciled line by line, so an edited amount shows up as a break.
What does it cost to try?
The first 10 statements are free, with no card. A statement is one account for one month, so three months on two accounts is six. Paid plans start at $149 a month for 100 statements.
Can the whole team use it?
Invite your underwriters to your organization as managers or analysts.
Where does the data go?
Statements and figures are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored and processed only with SOC 2 Type II audited cloud providers, and never used to train AI models. Only members of your organization can see them.
